Multi-Gyms
A multi-gym is the preferred option for many weight lifters ad they offer a much easier and secure weight lifting experience.
The main benefit is that a multigym offers so many more weight lifting options as they use some very clever arrangements of weights and cables to provide a whole host of different exercises that you can do. Most multi-gyms offer several exercises for your arms and can also work out your legs with the leg developer that most have and many of the exercises also work out your back and chest and so they really do offer a near all body work out although your arms will obviously benefit the most.
Using a multi-gym is also safer than using a weight bench as the weights are all held in place by cables and so you cannot drop them on yourself as the weights are not even above you when you are lifting as the cable usually runs over and behind you to the weights. The only issue with this is that the cables can wear out and so can snap after allot of use but you can buy a cable from the company that made the multigym and there is usually a phone number in the instructions for spare parts.
So a multi-gym is a great way of weight lifting with many more exercises and a safer environment than the weight benches offer. They do cost more but are well worth it in our opinion for the extra benefits and we have listed all of the cheap deals that we could find on the right with the cheap deals first.
