Weights
Most weight benches do not come with barbell weights and so you are going to need to buy them along with a bar and there are sets that you can buy that include both.
When you buy weights for your weight bench it is best to start off small and build up gradually and so we recommend that you start with a small amount. You can then buy more weights over time to add to your bar as you become stronger, you just need to check the amount of weight that the bar can handle.
The weights are usually made from cast iron although there are some that have a vinyl finnish and there are also some very nice chrome weights that you can buy. And many sets also come with the bar and some also have dumbbells and so offer the complete weight lifting set.
